Holm Oy was founded in 1908 by Anders Holm, a forestry expert who pioneered brush part production in Finland. Over the decades, the company transformed — from raw material innovation to industrial exports and beyond.
Today, Holm carries forward that legacy. The current direction, led by Executive Fellow Esko Mertsalmi, bridges traditional sectors with emerging domains. Our approach is guided by long-term thinking, practical execution, and the ability to navigate complexity.
